One Of My Favorite Days - Casa Papel

One Of My Favorite Days

One of my favorite days at school was Show and Tell. It was a day that you could see what was special to someone else and learn a little more about their life and what they cherish. It is no surprise that I create a category with this exact position.

Customers come into the store/studio and ask, “What do you do with the paper?” Well, this is just a small sampling of our work as well as our wonderful customer’s work. The common thread is that we either designed and printed or acted as printer on our specialty paper using one or several of our printing methods.

Again, thanks for taking a peek at the work shown here and enjoy! Come back soon!

I absolutely loved working on the wedding suite for Steve and Julia! They are one of the sweetest couples we have worked with. The theme was vintage/romantic sprinkled with little hints of pink. The main invitation featured two-color thermography* printing and the rest of the pieces were digitally flat printed. We also designed a seating chart, bar menu and table numbers and thank you cards.

Have a little peek at this beautiful wedding! The following photos were taken by M2 Photography.

*Interesting Tidbit:
*Thermography printing: The letters and/or design are printed with high-tack inks which are dusted with resinous powder while still wet. Excess powder is vacuumed off and the sheet goes into a heat tunnel where the powder melts, fuses with the ink and swells to create a smooth, raised surface.

Until next time,
Cecilia
