casa papel will not disclose any information to anyone about you. we do not sell or rent our customer names or use your
information for any purpose other than to email/mail our specials and newsletters. when we do send email, you will always have the option of removing your name from our email list.

payment policy

casa papel accepts payment by credit card or money order. we accept american express, discover, visa and mastercard. oh, good 'ol cash works well, too.

backordered items

casa papel makes every effort to have plenty of stock on hand. occasionally, products may become backordered. if your order contains a backordered item,we will call you and let you know the status of when we receive the product.

if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange. if it was a custom order we are unable to process a refund however, we can redo or re-order if it is was our error. please note that all paper and ribbon sales are final.
